I wasn't expecting this to be so well made. Made from a heavy gauge steel, it feels very substantial, and has some weight to it. 4 heavy duty lag bolts are provided for installation.
For security, inside the box, just under the slot, is a serrated (but not sharp) flap that makes fishing out mail through the slot difficult.
The door swings from left to right, and this cannot be changed.
This is very well made and worth the money.
